Blackberry Patch

Rachel is ten and tall, her little sister Taylor is very fussy and as short and round as a cupcake. One day their Mum asked Rachel to pick blackberries. Taylor wants to go too but Rachel doesnt want to take her so tells her that grumpy frogs might get her toes. Their Mum says Rachel has to take her so they set off to the blackberry patch. While they are picking Taylor gets lots of scratches from one of the many thorns. Then she finds a caterpiller and gives up picking. She sits down to talk to her new friend and eats her berries. The next moment Taylor is crying becauseshes eaten her caterpiller by mistake. Rachel finds another caterpiller and puts it by Taylor and then pretends to find her one. Taylor is happy to find her friend. They race home and put their berries on the floury bench where their mum is making the pie.
